After waiting for a treadmill that was in front of the TV I wanted to watch, I stood there contemplating how far I wanted to run. I decided on 5 miles and got it done in an hour, not fast, but better than nothing (LOVE my Brooks running shoes...I won't ever go back to any other brand). And I have a fancy Road ID in case I die while running and someone can identify my body.
When I got home I had my favorite recovery meal, a wheat and gluten free blueberry waffle and chocolate milk (Kali was silently begging for a bite, isn't she adorable). Feeding her people food is one thing I've never budged on, like ever. Dog puke is one thing I don't enjoy cleaning, and since the hubby isn't here it's all me.
I decided to get caught up on some work stuff while uploading WDW Marathon pictures. As they say, work never ends...even if it is the weekend (lucky lucky me). I also got to Face Time with the hubby, which always makes my day! Oh, and if I haven't said it enough, I have the most adorable pets.
